Walmart Return Policy! Camcorder new in box, no receipt?
Curious if anyone can tell me what the WAL-MART RETURN POLICY is regarding camcorders
I received one for my birthday (end of Dec.) and have yet to open it due to me looking around at all the other one out there.
It’s a mini-dvd camcorder and I wanted a mini-dv (due to better editing capabilities in my opinion and that my old broken camcorder used mini-dvs).
Now the camcorder is listed as near $285 before tax on their website. Is this amount to high to return with a receipt?
What do you think they’ll let me do?
Would I still be able to return it? (if it has to be on a gift card, that’s fine with me)
Yeah I think they would give you a store credit/exchange credit for it. Just explain to customer service why you are returning it and if they give you any problems, get upset and begin to make a fuss. Ask for their corporate number. Retail stores get in a load of trouble if they have a customer report a bad incident to corporate office so they will more than likely do anything they can to accommodate you to keep it from getting to that.
