How do I put my camcorder video into my computer?
I have an older camcorder that records to the 8mm tape media. I know mini dvd and hard drive camcorders are the new thing, but mine still works. I want to know the right cable and software, or instructions on how to put my 8mm tape video into my computer in mpg or wmv or whatever.
your need a software that either comes with the camcorder or you can download it. search for your camera brand software on-line. and then need a wire to connect your camera to PC, which most camcorders equipped with that. The window sometimes recognizes the camcorder when you connect it, in that case you don’t need the software.
