Used Jvc Camcorders
Are there wireless microphones available for “normal” camcorders?
I know that movies and TV shows use wireless microphones attached to actor’s shirts so they can move around without having to raise and lower their voices, but do they make wireless microphones for cheaper camcorders?

Unless there is something available specifically for your video camera you can possibly get something of a wireless setup. If your camera has audio inputs that are either the slim typical headphone type jack or RCA inputs, then you can use a standard wireless mic set. However you are going to need some equipment for this. It won’t be a good setup if you’re moving around. On TV they have both the video and audio run up to a monitoring room where it’s all broadcast or recorded. You obviously don’t have that capability since you have a small home video camera so you’ll have to improvise best possible. You could get a boom mic and someone to hold it. Sometimes a directional mic works well.
