Which camcorder should I get? HF S20? HF S200?

Im deciding between these 2 cameras.. The “HF S20″ and the HF S200″.
I can’t really make up my mind :/. I want to use it for youtube videos and making movies, etc. I’ll be editing on Sony Vegas or something along those lines (any recommendations or professional Editing software?)
Are these cameras easy to upload on a Windows 7? And to Youtube?
Please state your reason why you think one or the other is better XD
$100 less for the HF S200 means you can buy a lot of SD cards. Because it is so slow, I put only a few minutes on each card. The internal, non removable? flash drive is not worth the extra $100. They are identical otherwise.
Get the HF S200 and about 8 of these cards.
