Is a Canon Camera compatitble with a SONY Editing System?
Can This Canon Camera be used in the Sony Vegas Pro 9 Editing System?

please tell me what editing system it IS used on if Sony is not compatible.
You would probably get a better answer in the camcorder category. Usually software (the editing system) doesn’t care about the source of the data (camera). It might care about the file type (MOV, MPG), but that can be converted.
