Sony Digital Cameras Rate
hi, i want to have some advice for sony handy cam?
I am planning to buy a sony handy cam XR-200 tomorrow. Its Mega Pixel rating is 4.0. What i want to ask is, that if this Megapixel really matters in video capturing or is this just for still picture capturing?
(** Actually previously i was planning to buy XR-520E sony handy cam, but today i saw this XR-200…a big price difference between these two only for Megapixel increment upto 12.1 Mpix & HDD capacity increasing from 120 GB to 240 GB in XR-520E)
Which handy cam should i buy to get best quality video?? ( I already have digital camera “Sony Cyber Shot” 7.2 Mpix with me)

megapixels are for pictures.
for video quality, what matters is resolution (480 is normal, 720 is high, and 1080 is full hd), aspect ratio (don’t buy a camera if it only takes 4:3, make sure it records in 16:9), and frames per second (fps) (30 is decent, the higher the better).
