Why does this camera have poor quality? please answer?

its a PANASONIC SDR-S7 camcorder i paid £189 and it seems like it has poor quality i didnt even get the high quality option. why is it so poor am i doing something wrong?
and this is a sony cybershot digital camera does it have better sound quality then mine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naqxcADRpHY. i thought camcorders had better sound quality then digital cameras
The Panasonic SDR-S7 video quality is poor because it is capturing video while being used handheld and the person is not pointing at a single place. Get that camcorder on a stable surface like a chair, tripod or monopod, and I/m sure the video would be fine. They audio is poor because NO inexpensive camcorder can handle loud audio well. The crowd noise is overdriving the built-in auto-mic gain circuit.
