Sony Camcorders Parts
Should i buy this camcorder?
Okay, so i have been looking for a camcorder for quite some time now. Quality is the most important part and obviously others too. I set my eyes on the Sony RX520V. It costs 1000 dollars. I went to the sony store to buy it and they introduced me to something else. It was the Sony RX500V. I never knew this existed but apparently it is the exact same camcorder but with 120 GB instead of 240GB and i dont need all that space. Here’s the catch, the camcorder does not sell anymore. This is their last one BUT the camcorder has been sitting in the display glass as a model for a while and they are now selling it for 540 dollars instead of 900 dollars. Two questions….
1) Is this the only difference between these two camcorders? (space on hard drive)
2) Is it a bad sign that it has been on display and why would that lower the price so much?
They said i would have full standard warranty and everything comes in the box. Thanks for all answers in advance!
