Red One Camcorders
mini dv camcorder md80 blue light flashes when plugged in by usb?
hi all, i have one of those mini dv camcorders i recently got and when plugged in by usb the red light flashes for some seconds and after that the only light that appears is a flashing blue light, i tried to google this to find out if this is meant to be happening but could find nothing
but a review i read said there is meant to be a red light flashing when it is charging but it is defiantly blue

It is a MiniDV tape camcorder. It needs to be hooked by (IEEE1394) firewire, not USB. You wasted your money on that firewire to USB cable.
The links shows a SD card camcorder, not a MiniDV tape camcorder.
