Camcorders: What do you recommend?
I am thinking about buying one for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday, but I dont know anything about them! What should I be looking for? Can you recommend any models/brands? How much should I be paying? P.s. She wants a camcorder, not a digital camera with optional video mode.
a lot depends on your budget and what you’ll do with the recording…
these days i wouldn’t do anything but digital…whether you’re burning right to a DVD or recording to a harddrive then downloading to a PC…
i really like the SONY brand, they’ve been doing it the longest and know what they’re doing…
