Why do my clips show up white on eMac..? PLEASE HELP!?
Hi, I just got an eMac and whenever i plug my RCA Small Wonder or my Flip Video camcorders into the eMac they have no picture. They’re white but I can still hear the audio. It happens when import them into iMovie too. What can I do? I really need help! Thanks, Court(:
That means that your computer doesn’t have the necessary video codec. Whatever codec the video files use for your RCA Small Wonder or Flip Video camcorder, your Mac doesn’t have it.
You should visit the web sites for those things and see if they have Mac installers. Then you can install the necessary codecs so that iMovie / Quicktime can view the files.
