Professional Camcorders Packages
Camcorder and software advice for good uploadable videos?!?
I want to purchase a new camcorder.
However i want to be able to edit the footage to edit, alter and upload films. Nothing professional… as will only be for family and friends. But any advice on best all round camcorders.. for low light shooting as well… and also best software packages to allow me to upload, edit, alter, add bits to the video would be greatly appreciated!!
If you want good quality then you need to go for HD Mini-DV they are robust and very few problems. DVD camcorders don’t bother, hard to edit, HDD cameras OK but don’t like being jolted, bumped. SD card need lots of compression to get the video onto it.
Mini DV tapes are cheap and once its full either pop another one into it or record over it. All video editing packages will edit them, not all will with the others.
