digital camera/video camera question. please help me!?

ok, thats the camera that im looking into getting.
its nice, black, 7mp. and it has a pretty decent sized screen.
but im wondering if it has video [AND SOUND] capability.
the overview and things were a little confusing to me..
so if some of ya’ll could read though it, and tell me if it can shoot video and sound or not.
also, anybody that has used this camera, i’d like some product reviews.
