How do I get rid of random colored lines through my digital pictures? Will photoshop do it?
I have pictures that have lines going through them. I don’t know if it was the camera or memory card. I would like to stop that issue but in the mean time I have these pictures that have lines in them. The lines are normally single (some double or triple) in random positions and random colors. Some are green, pink, or just darker. It looks like the image is there its just discolored and in some cases shifted. Is there anyway to fix it? Thanks in advance.
Photoshop has several tools that may help. The healing brush, the spot healing brush, the patch tool, and the clone brush. With the spot healing brush, you simply paint over the damaged area, and it blends in parts of the area surrounding the damage. With the healing brush, you alt click on a good area similar to the damaged one, then paint over the damage. The patch tool lets you make a selection around the damaged area, then drag it to a another part of the photo. It then blend the 2 areas. The clone brush lets you alt click an area of the photo, then it will duplicate that part of the photo onto another part.
