Panasonic Digital Cameras Uk
Which digital Camera brand would you most recommend (UK)?
I am looking into buying a new camera (a digital camera for home/personal use) but I haven’t the slightest clue what brand to go for…….. Canon, Sony, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, HP etc etc so many to choose from, but not quite sure what’s the best!!! Any ideas?

Depends on what type of photographer you are.
Compacts/gneral snapshots – Fujifilm’s EXR cameras, Panasonic and Canon are probably the three to go for.
SLRs – the entry level offerings from Pentax is definitely the best, though when you get to more serious products Canon and Nikon still hold the fort here. If you’re got money to throw away then Leica is easily up there…
Bigger than SLR full frame – Now we’re into serious photography, you can forget digital in this category, unless your name begins with Sheikh everybody (except some pros) shoots film in medium and large format, you’ll be looking at second hand Hasselblad 500′s or Sinar Normas.
