My Videos Bad Quality(Youtube)?

its good quality on my computer, but if you watch my videos they go to bad quality on youtube, please help me…
Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem with posting video to you tube. Everybody else on there has clear videos and mine is really pixellated or blurry. I have an Olympus, it is a really good camera and creates clear videos but after i download to you tube it is increddibly blurry. Why, and how can I change it to be clear.????
