External Microphones for camcorders?
I have an old panasonic pv-21 camcorder (that uses vhs-c tapes)
I am looking for an external mic for it and was wondering….
what is the standard size mic plug for exteranal mics on cameras
(I THINK ITS 3.5mm)
will a regular mic (a music microphone) work for for an external mic?
im not trying to buy an expensive mic
thanks
all you need is an adapter so that your mic and cable will work with your camera. The camera uses a mini plug that’s 3.5mm. figure out what your mic and cable have at its end, then buy the adapter from radio shack and you’re good to go.
Broken panasonic camcorder. **Now fixed**
