HELP! Where can I download software for camcorders?

I lost the disc for my Panasonic camcorder model number PV-GS39… I have called and did serval searches. When I call, they want me to purchase to discs… my searches have come up with pages that have been removed. Does anyone out here know of some other way to find this disc so I can use my camera with my computer? All I need is the set up disc, CD ROM software. Would really rather not purchase those discs.
