Panasonic Camcorders Repairs
Camcorder problems?
Ok… evidently I just don’t need a camcorder! I had a Sony Handycam that takes video and still pictures. The record button won’t work… It takes pics and play back but won’t record. So… it was going to cost so much to repair it, we bought a new camcorder, a Panasonic. Well, at my daughter’s birthday party I dropped it on a concrete floor. It will turn on but it looks like it is zoomed in. (Even on the screen it shows that it is zoomed in.) I can’t get it to “zoom” out. I can’t find anywhere locally that fixes camcorders, and I would have to send it to Panasonic because it costs lots of money. Any ideas on how to fix it? Take it apart myself and try? Any help appreciated… would really like it fixed before Christmas! Thanks!
DO NOT TAKE IT APART! You can not fix it your self. It’s a camera. Not a toaster.
Circuit City offers repair service. It will cost at least 200 to repair. Bear that in mind.
Sorry, but it is most likely toast. Or just use it as it.
