Optical Sensor Types Camcorders
best camcorder for snowboarding?
Hey I need a camcorder for snowboarding. I don’t have any experience with camcorders but I am good with technology and catch on quickly.
What would be the best optical sensor and format type(like AVCHD and what not)?
I want;
Decent video quality
Flash memory card/sd card
Durable for cold weather, moisture, and a little rough handling.
Under $400, but I can get a nice one used for cheap so don’t exclude any under $1000.
Easy for editing.
GOOOOOD at stabilizing images.

i have one
its under about $400 (there are cheaper models for under $200)
good video quality
ive dropped it boarding mannnny times and it works fine
and it has easy upload to youtube and other editing softwares
….of course there are more expensive cameras but this one is great becuase you can spend your extra $ on fisheyes and other gear and if you do end up breaking it you wont be out as much money (but dont worry its tough)
