Manual Shutter Camcorders

Do the canon zr100 or zr200 camcorders come with manual adjustable shutter speed?
I need a cheap camcorder that has an adjustable shutter speed. I’m looking for something very cheap, used doesn’t matter.

Both are miniDV tape based so getting the video off the tap to your camcorder means your computer has a firewire port… USB won’t work, USB-to-firewire cable/converter/adapter things won’t work.
