Longer video for m1033 kodak easyshare?
i have an m1033 kodak easyshare digital camera. i have been using 2 memory cards i already had, a 256mb and a 64 mb. the only accessory showing up on kodak.com is the 1gb memory card. questions are:
1> can i use another brand sd card or does it have to be kodak
2> can i get a 2gb 4gb 8gb etc
3>video only records less than a minute, is it b/c the camera only videos this long, or will it video longer with a better card.

You can go to Walmart, Costco or any where to buy SD Card.
SD Card is an industry standard format, the only different between brands are price and quality.
The 2 cards that you have are way to small in capacity. You should able to get a 2GB SD Card for around $10 or less.
Yes, you will be able to record longer video with a larger capacity memory card. Your owner manual will tell you how much video you can take based on the size of the card.
Of cause, battery life and operation environment are also have to factor in to determine the how much video one can take in real life.
