I Had the Same problem …. First, That You Have recommended STI kodak easyshare dog …. You get that from ((http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/software/easyshare/en/dln_ekn026079.jhtml ? pq-path = 4509)). Second, before you hook up the camera to the computer, turn the camera on. Once the camera is on and plugged in, open easyshare, click on Tools (top right corner) then something like sync and transfer, Then transfer … that work for you ….
