Jvc Camcorders Problems

What to do? need help with camcorders!!?
I have a camcorder which is old.. the model is JVC GR-SXM340U and the problem is when i view a movie on its screen or i hook it up to my tv the picture always comes up with black and white lines and it ruins the whole picture..you cant see anything..anyone kno wat to do??
Yes, have it checked out by a qualified technician. It’s probably just clogged heads, or tape path alignment.
