Hd Youtube Camcorders
High Definition (HD) Camcorders? I need help please….?
I really want to buy a high definition camcorder to record me and my friends skating, guitar shredding, drum playing, potsmoking, hijinx, and further tomfoolery and random stuff to post up on YouTube. But, i have a pretty low budget.
I found a JVC Everio GZ-HD7 for 500 dollars on craigslist. My question is, can i use the video making program or whatever, that comes on Windows XP to make a pretty awesome video, even though im using a High Definition Camcorder or do i need to buy a mac book or some badass computer?
I just really want to post some better quality, unique videos up on youtube.

MovieMaker generally can’t deal with high definition video… but while you would have lots more fun using a Mac, that might not be necessary. Since we don’t know what computer you are running, we don’t know if the video applications that can deal with high definition video will run on your computer – due to older CPU, not enough RAM, not enough available hard drive space, etc… Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere would be a lot cheaper than buying a new Mac… but, yeah – buying a new Mac *would* work, too.
By the way – posting video of you or your crew doing stupid or illegal stuff would be pretty dumb.
