which cam do you?
Hi to all the pros–and the not as pro people, I want to get a new camcorder, and let’s say the price doesn’t matter. And let’s pretend I know nothing about camcorders, but I just these: steady shooting and picture taking, I do not prefer HD because i do no have the displays to display them (and I do not want interlacing either). Even if I did by HD cam, how can I make sure I do not need to spend money on displays etc.

The camcorder will come with standard def outputs even if it is a high def model.
Although you see sets that are 1080p etc, these sets will handle an interlaced signal as well, the current standard is interlaced so if tvs couldn’t handle it then they wouldn’t sell.
