Which digital camera should I buy?
I have not much to spend (around £130) but would like a camera which has high optical zoom and good image quality. I will be using it for wildlife shots, scenery, close up pics and portraits and would also like to enter beginner competitions. I am very confused as there are so many to choose from. I have been told that the most important thing is the lens quality (over the amount of pixels). Does anyone know if Fuji is any good?
I have been looking at the Fuji FinePix S5600 and the Fuji finepix S5700. I am not bothered by the size or look of the camera itself, I just want a camera which is going to have great images, manual settings (preferably) and a good zoom. These two camera’s seem interesting to me as they seem to have all of this, but I am still worried the lens quality is not that good!
They are good camera’s for your budget and requirement.
Don’t stress too much about lenses, there are lots of other factors that make an amazing image. Those cameras have plenty to offer you. And Fuji lenses are good. When people warn you about lens quality i think they’re mainly referring to ‘cheaper’ low end cameras.
