What sort of cheap camera can I buy for YouTube?
Right now I need to keep the cost at a low minimum. Can I get one say on eBay and what would be some okay types to get? Would they be called camcorders or something else?
What do they record on, a CD?

The little Flip video camera is designed for YouTube type of stuff. I saw one for about $140 the other day.
Most digital cameras (not camcorder, just regular digital) now do video in mpeg format which is great for uploading to YouTube. They use an SD card to record on. The length of the video depends on the size of your card. You can get about 45 minutes out of a 2 gig card.
Where to buy? Best Buy, K-Mart, Office Max, Circuit City, or any place that sells cameras. You can get an inexpensive digital camera for under $100 these days.
