Digital Filmmaking Camcorders

I need expert opinion on camcorders?
Which is better, JVC GZ-MG330RW http://www.testfreaks.com/digital-camcorders/jvc-gz-mg330/ or the Sony DCR-SR45 http://www.testfreaks.com/digital-camcorders/sony-dcr-sr45/
I can choose either at the same price. I’m going to use them for some amateur filmmaking.
With their known vibration and altitude issues, I don’t recommend HDD camcorders.
MiniDV tape continues to be best – but if you must, then flash memory (check the Canon FS10, FS11). Neither suffers from the vibration or altitude issue HDD cams have.
