Digital Cameras Weatherproof
Which Olympus Stylus digital camera would be the best for action shots and indoor photos?
I am specifically looking for an olympus stylus as they seem to be weatherproof.
What ever camera you eventually buy, it must have little or no shutter lag if you are going to be successful at shooting action.
For low light photography there are two factors to be considered. Does the camera have Image Stabilization or Vibration Reduction? And how high can you set the camera’s ISO (1600, 3200, 6400)?
Weatherproof is the limiting factor here. If you do not expect to leave it out on the deck of your sailing vessel, then with a little care just about any point and shoot camera will work.
One factor you should consider above all. Find a camera that uses SD memory cards. They are the most used by camera companies. The Memory Stick and xD cards are only used on a handful of camera makers
