Best digital camera for less than $100?

What is the deal? It seems that every camera I’ve looked at online in this range is a piece of crap! Even the Samsung, Nikon and Olympus cameras! I thought these companies were top of the line? Why are they recieving such poor reviews, has manufacturing quality really reduced that greatly? Anyways, I absolutely need a camera that is ~100$ in the next three days. I need to get it locally (Best Buy, Circuit City, Compusa, WalMart and Radioshack are about all I have to deal with). I know some of you have cameras in this price range, help?! Thank you so much!

I got a good camera for under a hundred. It’s a Kodak M853, but I don’t know if they have it available. However, there’s another Kodak that is on sale at Circuit City. Kodak is a good camera and user friendly.
