Digital Cameras Skype
ahh! What laptop should I buy?!?! There are so many!?
This is what I will be using it for:
Internet
Wireless
Watching videos (hulu, etc.) via internet
some word processing
needs a few USB ports for printer, external hard drive etc.
SD card port (for digital camera)
some games, nothing super huge… bejeweled etc.
webcam (for skype, microphone not necessary)
I also would like to connect it to my TV using VGA (?? it’s got a blue end…) port, which I do with my current laptop
CD/DVD burner
I will mostly be using it at home but will be moving it from room to room occasionally will bring it on road trips
and the kicker….
prefer it to be under $500.
please help…I have been looking and there are so many I am so lost… I have general computer knowledge but once you start getting into the technical I get lost.
Get an HP laptop. It is cheap and very good.
If you’re willing to pay more, buy Toshiba or Sony.
You can watch online videos, play games and use web-cam almost any laptop.
Don’t get a Mac. It is just a waste of money.
