Where can you file a business or ebay seller on a deadbeat seller list?
I bought a digital camera on ebay from a physical business in Florida (user name was the same as the actual business name). Seller claims to have mailed it, but I didn’t receive it. He filed a claim from UPS, got a replacement check but kept that money too. I have an email stating he wasn’t going to do send it to me to buy another camera. He has sold over 30,000 items but all complaints have been filed after the 45 days and ebay won’t do anything. There are other buyers stung. When you leave negative feedback, he leaves horrible lies about the buyers. What can I do? I’ve gone to the police, ebay, paypal, squaredeal, and the state attorney generals office. UPS won’t do anything either. It is almost as if they are going along with all these complaints where he collects the money and never turns it over to the buyer, who paid for the shipping.
file a complaint with the FBI Cyber crime hot line. Being interstate transaction, FBI will have authority to investigate this person / business.
