Which would you say is the better camera?

I am thinking of buying a new digital camera at the moment I have the Kodak CD40 which isn’t great I have had it for 3 years.
I am torn between 2 the Samsung S860 or the Kodak C713 both are quite similar.
This is the Kodak specs

And the Samsung

Please could you tell me what you think

Thanks

stick with Samsung…it has always been a better choice for home electronics and now digital camera.
It looks better, it is classier and it is a better choice for a point and shoot type of camera.
