Digital Cameras Iso 50

Digital camera settings?
Ok, so I have a Polaroid a930 digital camera, and under "Menu", you are setting as the 'resolution', which has the options of 12M, 9M 5M, 3M, 1.3M, and VGA. Then there is "ISO" which has Auto, 50, 100, 200 400. What all this means, and what I take to have a better idea? PS Here are some other options you have: Quality – Super Fine, Fine Measurement, Normal – Center, saturation point – Super thin, crisp Fine, Normal – With strong, soft Normal! (:
Everything should be in the manual. For the best quality, use the following configuration, 12M, ISO 100, superfine. Saturation is as strong or brighter the color. It's a personal choice. Sharpness should be set to normal. Measurement measures the light from the camera for correct exposure. Meters the center of the sphere of activity and the average amount of light for the scene. Place measures in light of single focal point.
