Digital Cameras For Children
Which digital camera would you recommend for me??
I am wanting a digital camera but, unsure of which is best. I want one that is around $100 and no more than $140. I need it to hold alot of pictures, and I need it to take pictures FAST. I have 2 small children and i need my camera to be able to keep up with them. I also want one with a USB cord so I can email pictures to family out of state. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
**Oh yeah, do digital cameras come with memory cards?
While most digital cameras come with memory card, they are typically “starter” size. Typically no more than 32 MB, which can only hold handful number of photos. I strongly recommend spending $10-30 for 1 or 2 GB memory card.
All digital cameras come with USB, so you don’t have to worry about sharing.
For keeping up with children, you need a camera with minimal “shutter lag” and fast lens (f/2.8 aperture or better). I recommend Canon PowerShot A580 (around $140), pretty fast camera that comes with 32 MB memory card and uses AA batteries. Like virtually every consumer cameras, it is a bit slow when using flash, however.
