Digital Cameras Financed

Do you know of a good Photography program on the west coast?
I’ve had a passion for photography since I got my first camera as a child. I took photography in High school and learned a lot shooting black and white film. I got a 35mm Minolta SLR but after high school it was expensive to get darkroom time so I lost interest. Several years back I bought a digital SLR and I got into photography again. I’ve done several weddings, portraits, and engagement pictures.
I already have a bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting and Finance. I’d like to hear if you know of a good photography program on the West coast. It would be nice if it didn’t take 3-4 years since I’ve been in college for 6 already.
Would I better off just taking some community college classes and getting experience with an established photographer?
*I’d like answers from people who have experience with the photography programs. Don’t just Google Photography schools and pretend like you know anything. I want personal opinions from experienced photographers.
