I Can’t transfer pics-How do I transfer pictures from my digital camera to my Shutterfly Studio software?
I just downloaded Shutterfly Studio software to my computer. I am now trying to transfer my pictures from my digital camera to my computer using the Shutterfly Studio software. Every time I click “Get Pictures” I get this message: 0 pictures detected on digital camera…
When I click on the “SHOW MORE” tab and then click on the “PICTURE” tab (next to the “keywords” tab), it shows all of my pictures on my camera and has a message that says “all pictures are selected and ready for import” but when I click “Get Pictures” I get another message that says “UNABLE TO FIND REQUESTED DIRECTORY”.
What’s going on? I’ve already uninstalled the software and reinstalled it but I still can’t transfer my pictures
How can I transfer my pictures from my camera to my Shutterfly Studio software?
Why not move the photos directly to the computer, and then access them through your Shutterfly software from there?
Use a USB card reader to transfer the photos directly from your card.
Image transfer via software requires drivers, which the Shutterly software seems to lack.
