Metro experiments with toll lanes on 110, 10 freeways
LOS ANGELES – State and local transportation officials broke ground today on a joint project that will convert carpool lanes on stretches of the Harbor (110) and San Bernardino (10) freeways into toll lanes accessible to solo drivers.
