is a FujiFilm FinePix S3280 SLR camera good for a 15 year old photographer?
i am a 15 year old amateur photographer and im looking to get a SLR camera to start off. i look forward to getting a better camera in the future. i post my work on facebook and ive had multiple people asking when i can do their wedding, family portrait, headshots, etc. now i need a camera other than my smartphone.

It’s not an SLR, it’s a bridge camera. Half way between an SLR and a compact. It’s great camera sure, but you would be better off saving up a bit more for something like a Canon Rebel T3. Canon EF lenses are compatible with all canon DSLR’s so you as you get better and more experienced. You can keep the lenses and upgrade the body. That is the beauty of an SLR system. Or an older Nikon like Dylan’s D40. Again, Nikon lenses work with any Nikon body.
The Finepix S3280 doesn’t allow you to change lenses.
