can you bring like regular AAA and AA batteries on the carry on bag on the airplane?
do they hav to be in a ziploc bag or not ?
and also can i bring my cell phone and just put it in my purse
and my digital camera ? and can i bring my mp3 with the batteries in it?

I think you’re fine with what you’ve mentioned as long as you don’t bring three extra batteries for each device, you’ll be fine.
