Should I buy this digital camera?

I’m really considering purchasing this camera because a local Kohl’s is grand opening soon, and having it on sale for only $69.99.
I’m not a professional photographer or anything, I just need a camera to take pictures when I go out. Any reviews for this one? Thanks!
I don’t think it is worth the money because it does not have optical zoom capability – only digital zoom (which is crappy). You can get a Sanyo 10.0 MegaPixel Digital Camera with 3x Optical, 5x Digital Zoom, 16MB Internal Memory, 2.7″ LCD Display, Face and Smile Detection with red-Eye Removal – Refurbished for $56.99 and about $11.00 shipping. If you don’t like this camera, then take a look at the ecost.com website for cameras with optical zoom starting at $39.99 plus shipping.
