Digital Camcorders Hard Drives

Cheap Camcorder?
I have a limited budget (preferably around $100) and I want to buy a camcorder. I know my budget really limits things, but I am soon to get a job (I am only 14) so I might be able to afford something more than that.
I need some feedback. I have done research, and the hard disk drive camcorder seems really good for what I have and what I want to do. But I am seeing a lot of Digital camcorders, and I want to look into them. My biggest question is can you edit a Digital camcorder’s recordings in Windows Movie Maker?
Please answer that question, if possible, and/or include information on other cheap camcorders that might be okay.

I would suggest you check out Flip. (flip.com) I don’t know a lot about it but I know I’ve seen certain models of it on Amazon for like $106. It has gotten good press lately. You won’t find a hard disk drive camcorder in your price range they are among the most expensive and are also the largest.
