Any problems with Sony warranties?
I contacted Sony a couple of years ago; for problems w/ my PS2 concole. They agreed with the warranty issue but stated that I would have to ship it at my cost ( about 75% of the original cost). While buying camcorders I was advised by the manager at a large national electronics store not to buy sony for this same reason. They could fix or replace the other cameras on site where sony required it to be shipped at the consumers cost, being without a camera while waiting. Is this true on all sony products?
yes, i have same problem with the sony, i think the sony is the number 1 violator on consumer right, the warranties sucks they take you or us a fool for patronizing thier products,
