A Good Compact Manual Camera?
Ok, this may be WAY too much to ask of a digital camera but…
I’m big into photography these days and wish I could do it more often than I can stand to lug my DSLR around. I’m looking for a compact camera with manual settings that shoots RAW and makes decent photographs yet doesn’t have all the unnecessary bells and whistles that drive the price up. I feel like I can’t get Aperture Priority without getting HD Video and a million other things too. I’m looking at the Panasonic Lumix LX3, the Canon G10, and the Ricoh GX200 but that may be a little more than I’m willing to spend right now. If only I could digitize my Retina 1a I’d be a happy, happy girl.
Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions? What do you guys use? Anything would be much appreciated!

The G10 is an amazing little camera. I’ve used it before and couldn’t tell the defference between the photos from it and from my DSLR. Plus it will accept a hot shoe flash.
