Help with Digital Cameras Please?
A couple of questions in one really,
1) What is Serial Shot Mode? This was mentioned on Amazon.co.uk where I am currently looking at possibly buying the Canon EOS 350D Digital SLR Camera (18-55mm Lens Kit). I have tried to search for a definition but nothing comes up.
2) Is there a good website where I should look for cheaper (NEW) Cameras?
3) Does anyone have a recommendation for something in the 200-250GBP price range that takes halfway decent video as well as good photos for the amateur user?

1. Serial shot is the same as ‘motor drive’ on a conventional 35mm SLR. In other words hold the shutter release down and it take multiple shots in a short period of time.
2. Try http://www.digital-cameras.com/ I’ve used them in the past and they’re good. I think they’re the longest established etailer of digi cameras.
3. If you’re thinking in terms of the EOS 350D I’d stick to stills and get a video camera at a later date. They’ll only get cheaper/better the longer you wait.
