Canon Digital Cameras Melbourne

Problem with Canon D500!?
I recently went to Melbourne and my camera was in my hand luggage on the plane. It got knocked around and has been stuffed up since.
It won’t take photos when on the green mode, only on the P. Even than i have to change it so that i don’t look through the little eye thing, i have to just have it on the screen like a shitty digital camera. I also can’t zoom in without the whole picture being blurry. My flash doesn’t work either, and i can’t change my settings using the four little triangle looking buttons.
I’ve only had my camera for a couple of months and i would hate to think that all of the money i saved up for it would be all down the drain.
Please help!
I agree with Ace (especially about visiting a real camera shop (not BestBuy) and taking some classes).
I had someone ask me to take a look at their new DSLR because all of the images were way too dark and blurry. I took one shot and it came out dark but wasn’t blurry. I went into the settings and found that it was set on -4EV (exposure value setting). When I asked about that, he finally admitted “well, I WAS playing around with all the different settings”. I set it back to 0, and explained the “M/AF” (manual/auto-focus) switch on the lens, took another shot (which came out nice) and then explained some basics to him (along with the “sit down with your manual and read it” and “don’t make any changes unless you know why you are doing it”).
