Which camcorder should I get? HF S20? HF S200?

Im deciding between these 2 cameras.. The “HF S20″ and the HF S200″.
I can’t really make up my mind :/. I want to use it for youtube videos and making movies, etc. I’ll be editing on Sony Vegas or something along those lines (any recommendations or professional Editing software?)
Are these cameras easy to upload on a Windows 7? And to Youtube?

S20 has more capability and both have easy upload capabilities. S20 is also higher rated on CNET. Go there and see what they have to say . Lots of choices in that price range.
