Canon Camera Issues ~ distorted lines?
to summarize the things I had a Canon Vixia HR-10 camera. http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-camcorders/canon-hr10/4505-6500_7-32441342.html I sold it on eBay, and now the guy says he has some problems with it. He says the only thing, are gray lines on the screen distorted and viewfinder. And when connected to your TV. It is possible that cold weather may have damaged? Or do you guys man handle the packet ups too? sensor fault. If the camera was packaged correctly, then this would not have happened. This can be a problem with moisture as well. Did you keep a note of the camera solds series number? Just make sure the type is not in it and sends back a defective camera I already had.
