How to build a cheap camcorder?
I only have 100 dollars. I haven’t found any camcorders that I want to buy. Does anyone know of a way to build a camcorder for under 100 dollars. It doesn’t have to be professional. It doesn’t even have to be High Definition. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
